Return Policies-Shipping-Legal_FAQ

ALL SALES FINAL -We do not offer refunds or exchanges as all our items are custom made to order. Returns nor Exchanges are not accepted on custom made items such as tutus, tutu dresses, shirts, bling shoes, or anything of that nature. We use Children's place, oshkosh, carter's or old navy for our denim blanks. Blanks boutique, arb blanks and lovetti blanks are used for our shirts. We can't guarantee a specific brand will be used due to availability. We are not responsible if sizing is incorrect. If you Have Sizing questions please contact us prior to ordering and we will be glad to help you, you may also visit our Sizing Chart Page for reference, we use a standard measuring system. You may also leave your desired measurements for a perfect fit for tutus. Please view our size chart for assistance.

Orders, Themes, Custom details(name and age) and Sizes CAN NOT BE CHANGED after Purchase, no exceptions. Please understand that it takes time to change orders and it also causes confusion so Please be sure of your order before purchasing. If your order has already been made you can not change it at all. If you cancel you will be charged our cancellation fee.

If we decide to make an exception and change your order in our system a $10 service fee will apply. If it has been past 7 days and supplies have been ordered for your order there is a fee to change your order, $30 for clothing changes, and $40 for shoe changes, this is per item, not per order.

 Embellishments or Designs may differ due to stock or discontinued items and updates but we can guarantee the item will be very close to the original design. If there is a significant change, photos will be changed or if photos haven't been changed, customers will be notified prior to.


If you need a refund before your order has been shipped, please contact us within 24 hours, and you will be granted a refund less our convenience fee of $25. If it has been 7 days you will be refunded minus a $35 supply and restocking convenience fee, anything past 7 days or a RUSH ORDER is a FINAL SALE and can not for be cancelled, this is for all orders, so please make sure before ordering, and please make sure you have completely read over this section as well as our header for current turn around times.

We can not change shipping addresses after purchase, your order will have to be cancelled and refunded less transaction fees and you will have to repurchase to change your address. So please be sure all info is correct before ordering.

Returned Packages(Return to Sender)- Orders are Sent to the Address Provided exactly as entered at checkout. Please make sure to take your time and enter your address and billing info correctly, with all info on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us for failure to provide correct and complete shipping addresses will be resent after the new correct address is provided along with Shipping being repaid through Paypal by the customer. Failure to do so will result in automatic order cancellation, and your order will not be refunded as all orders are custom and Final sale, and can not be resold.

Lost packages- If there is an instance where you never received your package but it was shipped, this is considered lost mail. You will need to contact USPS for further info on claims, this is not our responsibility, once the package is in their pocession it is USPS responsibility to get your package to you, all packages are insured so you are entitled to a refund through the USPS. A claim will have to be filed. You can contact them directly at 1800askusps,or start the claims process on their website www.usps.com. 



We strive for excellence and work very hard on our items, and we are 100% sure that you will be satisfied ,but in the event that a situation arises where you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will work together to make you happy.

Please me mindful we are not responsible for wrong size, length, etc, we use a standard measuring system for our dresses, if you are unsure on sizing please provide measurements.

If at any time you have to send an item back, you are responsible for shipping fees, unless we have agreed to cover the cost for you.

All items must be returned within 24 hours and a tracking number must be emailed to us within those 24 hours to be eligible for a refund or partial refund.

Once your item is received back and inspected you will receive your refund within 24-48 hours.

We do not offer an exchange policy, orders will be refunded to your account and you will need to repurchase through our website.

SHIPPING

Custom orders are generally mailed within 1 MONTH(depending on current volume and turn around time listed in our header) after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with a tracking number,that will be provided to you via email. Packages are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. If your ship date falls on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.

Packages are shipped by 5pm CST, please allow 24 hours for your tracking info to update. During Holiday seasons please allow at least 48 hours for tracking to update, if your tracking has not updated within 48 hours please contact us IMMEDIATELY.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment,and location. It is advised to group your items in one order. We cannot group two (or more) orders placed separately once check out has been completed.

 

International Shipping

Due to several factors we can't guarantee need by dates for international orders. Please be mindful that some packages will require a custom/duty tax to be paid to collect your package. This fee is a separate fee from the shipping fee and the buyer is responsible to pay this fee.Generally, buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Customs duty, or import duty, is a tax paid for goods that are transported across international borders. This tariff is paid at the time of import by the importer, which is  the owner or purchaser of goods. The type of commodity imported and country of origin factor into the duty assessment. Duty taxes are a common  Duty is practice.Customs  tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The purpose of Customs Duty is to protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, especially restrictive and prohibited goods, into and out of the country.

Some countries and goods are exempt from duties due to trade agreements, but all goods must be declared. If a duty is due, failure to pay can result in criminal penalties and seizure of goods.

 

If an item is returned for failure to pay custom fees, please be mindful that you will not receive a refund, and you will have to pay for shipping again for your item to be resent 

.

Our store closes for weekends, holidays and vacations, and we will not take orders or ship during these times, when we are on vacation it will be noted on our home page. ♥

*** We are NOT responsible if the post office is backed up and packages do not arrive on time *** The post office is responsible to make sure your packages arrive on time,once the package leaves us, it is out of our hands, please view your tracking info, once your items have been shipped. We are only responsible for SHIP dates, not arrival dates.****

All items are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a protective box with our care card.

 

 Packages returned to us/Incorrect addresses/forced returns:

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. As the buyer it is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. Labels are printed(not hand written) and Orders are sent to the address provided exactly as it was entered. Please take care to place billing and shipping information on the appropriate lines. Packages returned to us due to failure to provide a correct or complete address will be resent after a new address is provided and shipping has been paid through PayPal. The buyer is responsible for paying for shipping to have their item reshipped.Failure to do so within one weeks time will result in order cancellation less and your order will not be refunded as all orders are custom and final sale. Please take the time to make sure your address and all info is correct to avoid any issues.

Pink toes and hair bows reserves the right to refuse service to anyone,we also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order(S)at any given time,if order is out of stock,or has been listed incorrectly.
If this unlikely event occurs you will be refunded as soon as possible.

Preorders
When placing an order for PRE ORDER item(s) you must AGREE first to the terms and conditions. PRE ORDERS will run for a certain amount of time, once it ENDS the orders are ordered. The PRE ORDER time frame does not start the day your invoice is paid it starts once the PRE ORDER ends, normal PRE ORDERS run for 1-2 weeks depending on the item. When preorders start the rules are clearly displayed via facebook,so please make sure you read them carefully before placing your order. Once orders are placed refunds WILL NOT BE GIVEN. The goal,and the advantage with preorders is you get the item for a lower price than normal for ordering ahead of time,this is why refunds are not accepted. Items are throroughly inspected before shipping,and in the event that an issue arises we will handle the situation to the best of our ability.

Please note,a turn around time is quoted,but typically PRE ORDERS take 4-6 weeks to arrive in order for you to get the lowest price. This doesn't include shipping time. If for any reason there is a delay with the supplier,due to high volume and demand,updates will be posted via facebook only,so please follow our page to keep up with updates. Preorders take time to get the lowest cost for you,if you can not wait the 4-6 week time frame,it is advised that you do not place an order. Refunds will not be given because you choose not to wait. Please note when checking the box before you place your order,you are legally agreeing to these terms.

Ready to ship(RTS)Items

Ready to ship items are the only items that you will receive within a week,these items are displayed as RTS on the site or facebook page, and will ship within 2 business days.

Care of Items: Due to Paint application and Glitter Application,all items are for one time use ,and not made to be washed. Items are spot clean only. They can be worn several times, but they can not be washed in a washing machine,or put in the dryer. Once you receive your items take them out of the package and hang them until they are ready to be worn. Tutus are fluffed,straightened out and then packed, but due to packing they will need to be refluffed once received. If you must clean your items, spot clean only with a damp cloth,and hang to air dry. If you have any questions on how to clean,please contact us we will be glad to help.



Party Bookings

We want to guarantee a stress free party planning experience for you and us. We will provide a courtesy email of our services and starting prices prior to booking. After you decide you want to work with us a consultation/booking fee is due prior to any planning and meetings. You must pay the deposit in order to book your date. No dates are held without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable,so please be sure prior to booking. We understand things may come up,after evaluating each situation we will determine if your deposit can be moved for a different date,provided the date is available. We do accept payment plans,and they are adjusted accordingly for each party. Deposits are not to be paid until we have approved it. Once approved you have 24 hours to pay your deposit in order to hold your date. If you agree to these terms and we have approved your date,you may purchase the deposit and check the box that you are in agreement. If you do not check the box,you will be refunded immediately.
