Our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm. We are closed over the weekend. There may be exceptions where we will answer emails and messages outside of our stated business hours, but this is not guaranteed. Due to high volume we ask that customers allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Packages are shipped on MONDAY,WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY ONLY.
